The Second Best Time w/ Osuyi O.

On this episode we are back to regular programming. Today I'm catching up with a good friend Osuyi Omorogbe, he's a certified Real Estate Agent, and a trained accountant with an MBA from Queens. Osuyi comes from a family of Real Estate investors, so you can say it runs in the blood. 

My goal here is to debunk what it really takes to buy a property in Ontario and Canada, so I went and asked a bunch of people what their challenges were and I also asked Osuyi what he typically hears. What I like about his approach is that he breaks it down in a really down to earth way.
