On this episode, we have Jumoke Moses from ‘A word to the wise’ podcast join us to discuss boundaries. We use the book ‘How to do the work’ by Nicole LePera to establish the concept of boundaries then discuss how cultural changes maybe impacting how we relate with one another. 

We go through the major groups; family, romantic relationships and friends. This leads to a fun and enlightening conversation about our personal experiences and observations on how people handle tension in personal relationships.
